How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by Local International Shipping Cargo within 3 working days*. Depending on the Destination

*Exceptions apply – Please allow extra days for local holidays, Turkey national holidays, weekends and sale time. The collection may be required where duties are payable.

Order Shipped Address

Shipping will be sent to the address that the customer uses it in the “delivery address”.

Shipping to an alternative address other than the account address is not currently available unfortunately

Do I have to pay a shipping charge for each item / How much does shipping cost?

Our Free Delivery offer is currently available with a minimum value of above TRY 110.

Your order will be shipped out in special FLEXEA packaging.

Orders under TRY 85 will be charged at TRY 10 for each order, and regardless of how many items you order.

FLEXEA reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.

Will all my items be shipped together?

In most cases your whole order will be shipped at the same time, however, it may be in separate parcels.  Exceptions are –

Delayed items

When part of the order is delayed, in which case the delayed items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available without any extra costs.

Tracking The order

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an order tracking email, this will allow you to go to the carrier website to track your order.

Please ensure that your registered email address is correct to receive this service.

What happens if the order delivered to me is Damaged/Broken?

We at FLEXEA stand by every piece of our products we sell and guarantee  that at all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing the Sales Invoice given by the delivery agent or Cargo.

In the unforeseen event that there is ever a problem with your order received, please contact our Customer Service Department who will assist you with the process.

Please note that any order submitted and fulfilled on the site after 6.00 pm Turkey time would be considered for processing on the next working day.
